Acquisition of HCRG Care Group from Virgin Group, sustaining the delivery of more than 500+ community services across England.

Acquisition of Operose Health. the largest primary care provider in England, with 700,000+ registered patients and over 3m patient consultations each year.

Commencement of the revolutionary BSW community services contract, the first of its kind in the UK, designed to fulfil the NHS 10 Year Plan in the South West.
